“The Body Of Your Dreams Is Locked Inside This “Fat Burning” Pill or “Supplement.”
Pretty much every professional weight lifter or fitness model uses some sort of fat burning supplement or pill to get their body fat into single digits and would be out of shape without it. You will see this in every single fitness magazine available telling you that you need this supplement.
You probably did not know that all of those magazines just so happen to be owned by the same companies who sponsor the weight lifters with big contracts in exchange for a testimonial. Without these massive guys the same nutrition companies and magazines would go bankrupt.
Lie #2
“Lots Of Cardio Is The Secret For Your Success.”
You have been told all your life that you need lots of cardio on top of your weight training program as cardio is the best way to lose fat. Sure it is because think of all the people you know who do tons of cardio and have ripped abs too. Still thinking of someone? Keep thinking because so am I…
Take a look at the members of gym who are working away on the treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Have you noticed how they never seem to get any changes. Take a look at people who run marathons. You might notice over weight joggers. If cardio was the way to go then why do they have bellies still?
Did you know that lots of cardio eats away at your muscles? You lose your muscles and your metabolism goes down causing you to store fat. That is not what you wanted.
Lie #3
“Not Everyone Can Have A 6-Pack… It’s All In Our Body Makeup”
What about the DNA argument? Its the one that says only people with certain genes can lose belly fat and get 6 pack abs. This is a common line that comes out of personal trainers who fail to get you the body you wanted. The truth is that by following this system, anyone from a 18 year old to a 65 year old retiree can have the body they always wanted.

“Follow this new diet to get a flat stomach”
How many diets have you tried? The Cabbage Soup Diet, The Lazy Zone Diet, South Beach Diet, The Chocolate Diet, Atkins Diet and The Hollywood Diet are probably all on your lists of diets that did not work. Have you heard about the Amputation Diet. It’s a new diet that guarantees you will lose 10 lbs in the first 3 days or your money back!
Its not that you failed the diet – its that the diet failed you. Diets are not developed for the long term and usually results in huge food cravings, a trapped feeling around food, stress, and it can even mess up your social life.
Hopefully you have figured it out now that diets do not work. If you went to a book store and bought 100 diet books you would probably find out that 85% of them have the same exact info in there and even worse is that they are written by somebody who is not in shape…thanks for nothing Dr. Phil. All they do is use a different angle on the other 15% content to make it marketable.

“Follow this killer abdominal workout or abdominal device for eye popping abs.”
There is a right way to build muscular abs but there is no way some ab device can get rid of 30 -40 pounds of belly fat through a ab machine. Weight and cardio training with a clean diet is the secret.
To get rock hard ripped abs takes commitment. Working a little here and there with a little bit of dieting will not work.
Lie #6
“Exercise is responsible for more than 10% of your results”
What you eat is 90% responsible for how you look. Any professional athlete or model will agree. Abs are created in the kitchen and not on a treadmill or at the gym. Having a solid meal plan is the key to your success.
There are 168 hours a week and you are probably training 3-7 hours of those but lets say you are doing 7 hours. This only accounts for 4% of your entire week and you are probably not doing 7. I’m sure you see where this is going.
